Finland: FREE shipping on all orders!

EU: €10.00, FREE on orders totaling €200.00 and up.

Rest of the world: €25.00, FREE on orders totaling €250.00 and up

The order will be processed and sent within 2 days, and will usually take 2-5 days to deliver in Finland. International delivery times are dependent on the local postal services and may vary. You will have a tracking number for your order.

You can pay your order with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard), Finnish web bank services (verkkomaksupainikkeet) powered by Checkout, or in partial payments by Collector.

All prices include Finnish Value Added Tax 25,5 %.

International customers: please note that local charges (sales tax, customs fees and duties) may occur, depending on your country and region. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

 

Returns

In case you are not fully satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return the products within 14 days of delivery. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. Before sending any returns, please contact us by sending email to sini@sinikolari.com or through the contact form on our website.

The customer is responsible for the returning costs.

After we have received the returned products, we will refund the price of the order. Please note that the transaction may take few business days.

We are unable to accept returns on customized or personalized products, so please be careful when making your custom order. If you receive a damaged custom product, contact us via email at sini@sinikolari.com within 14 days of receiving the order. For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate.
